I write to come back to myself, to give gratitude, to remember, and to release what no longer serves me.

THIS IS HEAVEN
After a long day parenting my young children, I wrote this meditation as a reminder to take nothing for granted - that Heaven on Earth is right now if I notice. That even during times of frustration, grief, and exhaustion, joy and gratitude can still exist.
LIVE BIG
As we venture through life we may begin to question if we are worthy of our dreams. This meditation. Live Big, is a reminder to every soul that there's a purpose only we can fulfill and having the courage to live big is our best way forward.
TO THE GRIEVING
This meditation is a gentle reminder that we need not close to our grief but open to it and continue our grief journey in ways that are most meaningful to us. We are all grieving someone and this meditation invites listeners to sit with our grief with an open heart.
I AM
Sometimes this world, other people, and our socialization can project onto us false ideas and narratives of who we are. I wrote this as a reminder to myself of all the things I am. I hope it resonates with you and from listening you receive encouragement to appreciate all of who you are.
STRETCHED LIKE DOUGH
Life can stretch us in ways we hadn't anticipated or wanted. I wrote this meditation when I felt as though I was "stretched like dough" and beyond what was comfortable. I needed a reminder that I was being stretched to have the capacity to experience all that life has to offer; and to learn that my stretching was and is a great teacher - in fact, an important process of my evolution.
